**JOB POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER**

Job Description:

  • Ability to answer customers in a timely and accurate manner and provide standard services to customers.
  • Communicate with customers through telephone with polite manner and provide accurate informations.
  • Handles outgoing calls to customers, customer complaints and able to solve issue in a polite and professional manner.
  • Aggregate, analyze target customer base, establish and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Manage customer information and update customer database.
  • Regular working hours: Monday - Friday (9pm -6pm)

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/in Customer Service Management or equivalent.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin clearly and fluent, and able to type in Chinese with minimum 60 words/minute.
  • Good logical thinking ability and communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply; with/without working experience .
  • Skills required: strong interpersonal and communication, good analytical and problem-solving skills, high level of EQ,
  • Able to work at face-paced working environment and willing to accept new challenges.

工作内容:

1. 能够及时准确回答客户,为客户提供标准服务;

2. 通过电话、其他实时通讯工具与客户沟通,能够及时准确完成客户沟通,且提供保准服务;

3. 外拨电话于客户,搜集并处理客户声音与需求意见;

4. 汇总、分析目标客户群,建立和维护良好的客户关系;

5. 管理客户信息,实时更新客户数据库;

6. 正常工作时间:星期一-星期五(9pm -6pm)。

7.公司会提供停车费,运输津贴,花梨,激励,EPF,EIS 和SOCSO。

 

任职要求:

1. 工作经历:具备1年以上金融业相关工作经验。

2. 普通话清晰流利,中文打字在30字/分钟以上,声音甜美,具有良好的逻辑思维能力和沟通技巧,表达力佳。

3. 高EQ、有耐心、个性开朗积极、抗压力强,可接受工作挑战。

4. 学习能力强,善于发现工作上的问题并能提出改进意见。

5. 善于团队合作,有较强的集体荣誉感及团队协作精神。
