- Handle all front office administration and operation like answering calls, distributing faxes/ letters, invoicing and collection, virtual office services and ensuring the amenities are provided accordingly.
- Ensuring the centre is tidy, spotless and presentable all the times.
- Ensures total client satisfaction by personally managing customers requiring special handling
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
- Must be service oriented and enjoy meeting people. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

The working hours is 9am to 6pm , 5 days a week
