Your main job responsibilities as below:-
- Involve in General Administrative jobs and assist in HR function
- Perform General office administrative such as stationery control, staff claims processing, document filing and safe keeping.
- Assist in HR related duties such as staff recruitment, staff payroll, submit and filing necessary documents such as E.P.F., Socso etc.
- Assist in Sales and Training administrative duties such as customer order/enquiry, invoices & payment receipts, parcels delivery and training facilities setup
- Assist in any other accounting or related task assigned by Superior
- Possess knowledge or working experience in Accounting jobs will be an added advantage
