Responsibilities:

  • Handling all front office administration and operation. E.g. answering calls, distributing faxes/ letters and so on.
  • Provide tour of the centre for prospective clients.
  • Responsible for monthly invoicing and collection.
  • Ensures total client satisfaction by personally managing customers requiring special handling.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be service oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and demands.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
