Our client profiles varies from SME to MNC, whether the business is a start-up, opening a new branch, looking for an interim workspace, we want to ensure we help our clients save time and money when looking for a suitable workplace.
- Handling all front office administration and operation. E.g. answering calls, distributing faxes/ letters and so on.
- Provide tour of the centre for prospective clients.
- Responsible for monthly invoicing and collection.
- Ensures total client satisfaction by personally managing customers requiring special handling.
- Must be service oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and demands.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
