Accounts cum Admin Assistant

- To handle day-to-day office administrative duties (including incoming calls) and also including monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, PCB; and book-keeping, accounting entries.
- To assist in providing supporting roles in company’s marketing activities such workshop, seminar, trade exhibition and so forth
- Responsible for the general duties such as preparing invoice, delivery order, documentation filing, preparation of correspondence letters and provides administration support to the superior.
- To handle other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Minimum qualifications SPM/"O" Level or Diploma or LCCI Certificate and above, in related field.
- Required languages: Well versed in written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Additional skills in Chinese language is an added advantage.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good in Microsoft Office 97 (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) onwards.
- Experienced in using accounting and payroll software such as UBS software, etc.
