Job Description

Support the Technical Sales Engineer and targeting M&E consultants, System Integrators, design fraternities & contractors, you will maximize & crystallize sales opportunities.

Support the Technical Sales Engineer in promoting and articulating the advantages and need for these products.

Assisting and supporting the Technical Sales Engineer in conducting product training to prospects, Systems Integrators, end users and sales team.

Working along side the Technical Sales Engineer in providing technical sales support, conducting presentation & roadshows, product launches and exhibitions.

Providing insight into standards and installation practices for New Product Development, product improvements and customer specials.

Monitoring and accessing product quality/performance to provide fault-finding assessment.

Assist project team to ensure new product local requirements are understood & delivered.

  • Maintain and configure existing customer IT System, PC, Servers, Firewall, Switch and others
  • Prepare customer existing IT setup documentation
  • Post sales function on Project implementation, installation, configuration, ensure satisfactory project delivery and hand over.
  • Vendor and internal Resources Co-ordination
