Job Requirement

Working Days : Monday to Friday. 8.30am - 5.30pm
 

Remuneration : Minimum Basic Salary of RM 3000 for experience candidate. Commission and other

                              allowance are excluded.


Requirements:
1) Track record of target achievement
2) Good communication and negotiation skill needed. Fluent in English is MUST. Bahasa Malaysia

    and other languages is added advantage
3) Demonstrable ability to work in fast changing environments
4) Process own transport and willing to travel
5) At least 1 year experience in related industry or fresh graduate may also apply as we provide training.

Head of Business Development

JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Perform sales and coordinate your Sales & Marketing Team to reach the quota which is set by the management from time to time
  2. A daily or weekly report of the Team Performance is required to be submitted to the management or designated representative.
  3. Identifies, evaluate, recruit and manage resources to meet proposal budgets and cost projections
  4. Work with management team and leaders to design, develop and package the services to be delivered to the clients
  5. Deliver presentations to executive level clients and Business Partners
  6. Study customer requirements; identify trends and present future opportunities
  7. Train the new recruited staff on products knowledge and sales skills.
