Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administering and supervising the day-to-day Service Desk activities
- Responsible for the administration of Helpdesk for the whole company
- Providing analytical feedbacks, reports and surveys
- Managing the Brand Experience Center tours
- Responsible in mentoring and coaching staff in their work environment
- Uphold quality of Service Desk
- Work along with other divisions in promotional events, product expo’s, etc.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
- Preferable with a tertiary education with minimum of 5 years working experience in Customer Service and supervisory skills
- Competency and able to read and write in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interactive skills and like to meet people
- Computer literacy and skilful in report writing
