Job Description
•Build up and maintain a relationship with our customers in a professional
manner with an objective to fulfill their needs.
•Handle walk in customer complaints and follow up on all inquiries
Job Requirement
•Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
•Strong interpersonal skills and be able to deal with clients and customers
from diversified backgrounds.
•Able to in spoken and written English, and Bahasa Malaysia
•Those candidate who able to speak Chinese dialects will be an added
advantage.
•Have to be friendly, cheerful and patient.
•Have great customer service and communication skills.
•Able to show initiative
•Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
