Job Description

• Responsible for managing walk-in customers queries, cheking potential customers credit history and carrying the sales process.
• Work closely with management to achive higt targets and customers satisfaction.
• Expertise in sales, customer service and use software application.
• Basic provided and Commission based.

Job Requirement

 

• SPM/STPM/Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
• Motivated, fast learner, confident and able to work with people at all levels.
• Manage,handle and liase all inbound and outbound calls or communication with subscribers
• Good communication skills.
• Applicants must be fast learners and able to work in fast paced challenging environment, outgoing personality, proactive, and innovative
• Establish and maintain regular communication with customers to improve satisfaction.
