Job Description

• To receive instruction and updates from the Chief Security Officer and / or Senior Security Officer on relevant Hotel matters.
• Responsible to maintain all hotel vehicles in good working order and to perform the normal schedule maintenance check of the vehicle before and after use.
• Immediately report any discovered problems and discrepancies on hotel vehicles to the Senior Security Officer for follow-up actions.
• Punctually report to assigned posts and receive verbal take-over report from out going Driver.
• Conducted short and precise verbal hand-over briefing to relieving Driver, highlighting matters of importance and future transportation requests.
• To provide the pick-up, drop-off and shuttle service for the hotel's in-house guest as per instructed by Chief Security Officer.
• To provide drop-off service to hotel's staff.
• Promptly respond to any call of assistance from other departments when instructed by Chief Security Officer
• Understand guest need and preferences and provide the necessary assistance to ensure utmost guest satisfaction in a professional, courteous and friendly manner consistent with established standard and level of excellence.
• Able to handles face to face guest requests and enquiries articulating accurate advise on promotions, services and happenings within Hotel in courteous and efficient manner.
• Performed any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

• MALAYSIAN CITIZEN ONLY.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Must possess valid Driving License Class D and GDL and thoroughly familiar with vehicle maintenance.
• Good driving skills and familiar with roads in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur is essential.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
• Must possess high level of discipline and integrity.
• Able to multitask, energetic, creative and self motivated.
• Results driven and passionate in setting a high performance standard and meeting objectives.
• Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work on shifts, long hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.
