Job Description

1. To be knowledgeable about beverage list, ingredients, prices, preparation time and able to make recommendation to the guest.
2. Understand guest needs and preferences and provide food and beverage service to ensure utmost guests satisfaction in a professional, courteous and friendly manner consistent with established standards and level of excellence.
3. Handles face to face guest requests and enquiries articulating accurate advise on promotions, services and happenings within the Hotel in courteous and efficient manner.
4. Observe all safety and fire emergency procedures during the execution of assigned duties.
5. Performed any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

• MALAYSIAN CITIZEN ONLY.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in F&B / F&B Operations / F&B Preparation and Service / Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
• No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Fresh school leavers and graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
• Must possess high level of discipline and integrity.
• Able to multitask, energetic, creative and self motivated.
• Results driven and passionate in setting a high performance standard and meeting objectives.
• Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work on shifts, long hours, weekends and public holidays.
