Job Description

 

• assisting on monthly salary computation including statutory deduction and contribution to ensure payroll is accurate and delivered on a timely manner.
• Up to date with monthly payment submission such as EPF/SOCSO/income Tax and etc regarding new employees to HR Department.
• Handle all the new hire process at the site like handling documentation
• handle employee process.
• Maintain and organize forms 
• Always Ensure smooth implementation and enforcement of Company’s rules and regulation and policies.
• Provide specific administration service for recruitment and employment of staff.
• Able to handle foreign workers affairs/ welfare and documentation will be an added advantage.
• Report anything regarding HR to Human Resource Department
• ad hoc task 

Job Requirement

 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree Human Resource Management / Development or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for his position.  
• knowledge on relevant statutory requirement such as Employment Act, Income Tax Act, EPF, Socso and etc.
• Self-starter who works well independently as well as in teams often cross border and cultures, with a determined mind set to achieve and over-achieve set goals Exhibit a great sense of responsibility, urgency and accountability in client servicing and meeting revenue targets, Able to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact and network with senior executives and decision-makers when needed.
• Good communication skills in English.
