• Implement sales strategies for the profitable growth in heavy construction equipment business.This includes charting the goals,controlling the sales development and marketing strategy
• plan for business development in line with extraordinary business growth
• provide customer support(pre sales, post sales to the customers
• to monitor sales representatives, promote company product,provide good sales, excellent after sales service and maintaining good rapport
• analyse sales performance and able to meet overall sales objective and targets
• explore on market situation and daily sales

Job Requirement

Possess at least degree

10 years working experience

able to interact with people all levels

preferably chinese male who age below 40
