Job Description

• To provide IT technical support & consultation service, responsible for day to day advance technical support for customers.
• Respond and provide timely follow up to requests for IT maintenance assistance.
• To handle and manage projects successfully.
• To be able to implement, manage and support network or server (DC, DNS, Proxy, Backup, Firewall, Exchange, etc. ) and Network Infrastructure.
• Undertake problem management for pro-active management of IT client services.
• Monitor system health and capacity and perform pro-active system maintenance to ensure reliable operation of business operation.
• To be able to quickly isolate and troubleshoot any network system and application problems.
• Linux, various network services, applications, monitoring system, automated script development, and performance optimization of the system according to the project
• Handling the system failure, and safeguard continuity of the system operation.
• Responsible for the online testing, development of system maintenance, management, planning and optimization;
• Using scripting tool to optimize the system architecture, in order to achieve rapid deployment, and migration;
• Responsible for all IT related tasks.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• MCSE and CCNA certification an advantage.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Windows server administration, i.e. 2003/2008.
• Familiar with the Linux kernel configuration, familiar with nginx, Apache, lighttpd, the IIS web server configuration, optimization, familiar configuration of LVS, CDN, reverse proxy and other network applications;
• Familiar with the tomcat, the JVM configuration, optimization
• familiar with the mysql database management
• Competent in desktop support.
• Knowledge of firewall and other security technologies.
• Master shell scripting, familiar with the perl \ python \ ruby
• Good problem solving skills with the capability to analyze problems objectively and identify workable solutions. 
• Meticulous with good planning and coordination skills.
• Independent, initiative, self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintan strong relationships within the company and with customers
• Cacti, nagios, to zabbix, puppet operation and maintenance experience is preferred
• Master shell scripting, familiar with the perl \ python \ ruby is preferred
• Proficient in SPOKEN, WRITTEN AND READ Chinese, English and Malay.
