Job Description

• Advise and assist management on implementation and compile of monthly performance appraisal system and provide guidance to the new employees.
• Manage day to day administrative and operational activities of the company’s Human resources, benefits and employee relations.
• Responsible to manage and maintain the relationship with all the partners.
• Provide polite, professional and accurate customer service via telephone and email in customers.
• Responsible to evaluates, selection of supplies and vendors and price negotiation.
• Able to advice, assist the finance and law personnel to deal with all the claims, contracts and payment thru the internal procedure and process.
• Responsible to provide guidance, manage customer’s expectations and resolve the gaming issues brought up by customers.
• Support the team to continuously review, identify and resolve service gaps, product issues through constructive user’s feedbacks.
• Responsible to manage and keep the forum and website announcement up-to-date on new updates or products services in order to maintain a high level of quality service to customers.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree with minimum of 2 year experience in related field.
• Proficient in SPOKEN, WRITTEN AND READ Chinese, English and Malay.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all level of people.
• Good coordinating skill, able to multi task, result driven and to work with tight deadlines.
• Preferably Chinese who write and speaks fluency in Mandarin
• Well versed in Labor Law, Employment Act and finances experiences are an added advantage
