HR Executive (Payroll)

Job Description
- To deliver accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for the Group.
- To maintain all employees records in our HR Information Systems database accurately and up to date.
- To assist and support Head of HR in various HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in day-to-day HR related duties.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Human Resource with at least 2-3 years experience in payroll process.
- SPM levers with at least 3-4 years experience in payroll processing may also be considered.
- Familiar with statutory compliance work : Tax, EPF and SOCSO
- Familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.
- Knowledge in PayFlex Systems in an added advantageous.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working within tight deadlines
