Job Description

 

  • Responsible for selection of suitable candidates through thorough sourcing, screening, interviewing, and necessary assessment evaluation.
  • Coordinate candidates for interview requests.
  • Ensure the end to end recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Proactive and quick thinker, creative problem solver would be preferred.
  • Reliable to carry out other duties as assigned in the absence of any team member.
  • Support sales activities including lead generation, cold calling and client meeting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or higher in any field.
  • Must have strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the recruitment industry.
  • A strong team player is preferred.
  • Must be flexible in time due to complete the given task.
  • Fresh grads are also considered.
