Job Description

- Resolves customer complaints and problems to the stisfaction of the customer 

- Educates the customer about the Bank's product & services and directs them towards available resources for self-help

- Keep abrest with current issues in the banking enviroment and competitors innovations

- Suggests call center process improvement and participants in call center initiatives for increased effectively

- Enterscustomer data and other relevant information into the relevant systems (as required) completely and accurately

- Alerts managment of issues or concerns that require escalation for complete resolution or which may indicate a larger, underlying problem

- Maintain confidentiality of the Bank's customers and data

- Provides constant feedback from customers to improve Call Center service delivery

Job Requirement

- Candidate must prossess at least a secondary school SPM or O-Level qualification or higher in any field

- Fresh Degree Holder are encouraged to apply 

- Spoken languages required are English and Bahasa Melayu. Chinese spoken dialects are an advantage but optional

-Must have a confident outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and inherent ability to creat rapport in a short amount of time on the telephone 

- Self motivated

- Previous work experience in call center banking or shared service center will be an added advantage

- Good communication and problem solving skills

- Proficient in PC skills including MS Office application
