Job Description

  • Assist on daily HR and admin matters
  • Assist on monitor, maintain and update staff attendance, OT, leaves and etc
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing
  • Support the recruitment and staff welfare
  • Maintain staff records, filing systems and updated employee database
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring new initiatives or policies

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM, Diploma in HR, Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Preferable Chinese
  • Min 1-2 relevant working experience
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Familiar with MS Word and MS Excel
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Mont Kiara and SS25 Kelana Jaya
  • Pleasant personality and have initiaative to learn
  • Must be able to start work immediately
  • Salary range: RM1500 to RM2000
