Job Description
- Assist on daily HR and admin matters
- Assist on monitor, maintain and update staff attendance, OT, leaves and etc
- Assist in monthly payroll processing
- Support the recruitment and staff welfare
- Maintain staff records, filing systems and updated employee database
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring new initiatives or policies
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM, Diploma in HR, Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent
- Preferable Chinese
- Min 1-2 relevant working experience
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Familiar with MS Word and MS Excel
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mont Kiara and SS25 Kelana Jaya
- Pleasant personality and have initiaative to learn
- Must be able to start work immediately
- Salary range: RM1500 to RM2000
