Job Description

 

As a telesales operator, contacting potential customers by telephone. Your job is to try and persuade them to buy your company's  services, or at least accept a trial. 

Your working day is spent on the phone making outgoing calls. During each phone call, you're likely to:

• Need call Customer 

The work is fast paced and intense, and you have only a short amount of time to build rapport with customers and explain the features and benefits of the services.

Hours and Environment

Full-time Mon-Friday and Alternate Saturday (10am – 6pm), you’ll usually work 37 hours a week

You'll usually work in an open plan office, with a sectioned workstation containing a computer and telephone headset.

Job Requirement

 

• Candidates must possess at least minimum SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA or DEGREE
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Enthusiastic and self motivate to earn more income
• Good communication skills- English And Malay
• Experience in telesales in added advantage
• Applicant must be willing to work at Sunway
• Manage existing customers and developing new accounts
• Customer data base will be provided.
