Job Requirement

Graduate (Bachelors) level education with a background in IT Operations.

Technical Skills and experience that we desire include:

• 8+ years of IT experience mainly in SAP Basis, Unix Operating system and Oracle support
• An excellent verbal and written communication skill in the English language, as this role entails creation of technical policies and procedures that will be used widely throughout the organization.
• Good Knowledge on ITIL Processes
• Experience on planning, scheduling and driving all party meetings
• Sensitivity to working across other cultures and respects and values diversity
• Ability to do negotiate
• Demonstration of desire to keep abreast of technological changes and recommends service improvements and cost savings measures.
• Ability to providing architectural advice on hosting strategies
• Proven experience in managing/supporting large complex environments with multiple applications versions, tools and customers
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as BMC Patrol
• Knowledge on high availability architectures and concepts
• Knowledge on disaster recovery concepts
• Self-motivatied and have the ability to deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision
• Willingness to accept and recommend changes and to challenge the status quo.
