• Handling inbound telephone calls, emails and facsimile
• Handling customer complaints, analyse and resolve problem with effective solutions.
• Handling sales & services enquiries from customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Min SPM / Diploma
• Computer literate, internet savvy
• Good knowledge on MS Office(MS Word and Excel)
• Positive minded and Good communication skill .
