Job Description

 

• Managing the full spectrum of accounting functions include full set of account, management reports and cash flow and oversee daily operation of accounts department.
• Establish and manage the group's internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standard and requirements.
• Verified payment voucher and cheques issues to ensure expenses are properly posted in the accounting system and cheques are prepared accurately
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of management reports, financial statements, income tax computations, group consolidation and statutory financial statements for both internal and external purposes.
• Preparation of budgets, forecast, variance analysis, group cashflow statements and other reports.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Liaise with external/internal auditor, company secretary, regulatory authorities and other parties to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements.

Job Requirement

 

• Candidate must possess at least a university graduate in Accounting and Finance / or member of a recognized body such as MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ASCPA etc. (Preferably ACCA Level 2 and above or equivalent).
• Required skill(s): Accounting and financial Analysis, Finance Analyst, Full Set Accounting, Operational and Financial Analytical.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,  English, Chinese (MUST) - Both Speaking and Writing
• At least 10 years of working experience with competencies in cash and fund management, operational and financial analytical experience, as well as good reporting experience in all financial, management and compliance in the F&B / manufacturing / retail industry.
• Able to prepare full set accounts.
• Possess analytical skills with good planning and problem solving capability 
• Good analytical skills and competent in Excel
• Computer skills needed: MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and presentation
• A pleasant personality, work independently with minimum supervision
• Applicants must be willing to work in Balakong.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
