IT Support Analyst

Job Description

1)    Microsoft Windows operating system, i.e. Windows XP and Windows 7

2)   Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook email

3)   Network infrastructure understanding

4)   Telecommunication including mobile phones i.e. Blackberry, iPhones, Smartphones

5)   Experience in supporting Dell computers (advantage)

6)   IT hardware

7)   In addition, Vendor Management and basic project management skills are also required

8)   Communication skills needed
