Job Description

• Input or update date entry, attend to customers enquiries and calls
• Prepare Quotation, Invoice, Receipt, and Sales Report & Claims handling for Sales Team
• Preparing and submit the tender documents
• Handling the daily administration works
• Handling the ad-hoc activities requirement
• Customer service focused, good with problem solving
• Resourceful and pro-active with good inter-personal and communication skills

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
