Job Description

  • Answering telephone & redirecting calls
  • Act as a liaison between Customers, Sales Managers and other departments within the organization to help ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales related reports
  • Provide efficient and excellent quality of sales support and administrative services to both sales & marketing team and customers.

 

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Prior experience in sales administration environment is an advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft office and Powerpoint
  • Able to multi-task and handle detailed documentations and procedures
  • Strong administration skills - organised, thorough and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under limited supervision
  • Good telephone manner, enjoy dealing with people, polite but assertive
  • Good command of English with good communication skill
