Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pre-sales project implementation and technical support for network planning & equipment which include on-site survey, installation, commissioning and maintenance 
• Provide post-sales technical support to customers through remote and on-site troubleshooting
• Provide technical solution and hands-on support on network solutions
• Assist in user acceptance testing
• In charge of all necessary technical meetings& documentation pertaining to customers, internal staff or its associated customer.
• R&D on new similar technology

Job Requirement

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications or Computer Science
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Technical support role/area
• Experience with telecommunication especially in Network Technology and has the following knowledge:
  • Network planning & design
  • Wi-Fi technology and knowledge
  • Radio Frequency (RF) Fundamentals
  • Fibre optic cabling & equipment
  • Troubleshooting
• Experience with networking solutions and devices such as routers, firewalls, switches
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu
• Must be hardworking, and always has the positive mind-set and initiative attitude
• Willing to work long hours if necessary including being on standby for technical support
• Must have own transport and travelling is required during office hours
