Job Description
Work Location - Glenmarie, Shah Alam
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR functions is required.
- Preferably Senior Executives/Managers specializing in C & B
- Incumbent with payroll knowledge is an added advantage
- Good analytical skills and hands-on multi-task abilities
- Strong organization skills and communication skills

Competencies:
- Statistical knowledge
- Knowledge in C&B trend and benchmarking in the market
Knowledge in labour laws
Job Requirement
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines
- Involve in recommendation & implementation of C&B scheme
- Administer and execute compensation & benefit programs and ensure compliance with policy and procedure
- Assist in monitoring company’s overall market position and competitive practices via conducting market surveys and benchmarking
- Provide customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual/ team management and business performance consistent with company philosophies, policies and programmes
- Coordinate annual performance review and salary exercises and administration
- Track and publish absenteeism and other HR statistics as required
- Manage the employees database system
- Provides support in all related C&B matters
- Oversee the process of handling monthly payroll administration functions and to ensure payroll is accurate and delivered on a timely manner
To ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, its deadline and to keep abreast of current legislation
