Work Location - Puchong

• To perform general administrative, accounting
• Able to handle full set of accounts.
• Monthly closing of account and preparation of management report.
• Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash voucher, Journal, payslip, salary calculation, accounts receivable and processing of accounts payables and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and update of sales invoices, debit note and credit note in accounting system.
• Liaise with auditor, banker and secretarial.
• Responsible for credit control.
• Able to handle the UBS accounting/payroll software

 

 

Job Requirement

 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with computerized accounting system.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, independent and responsible with high level of initiative.
• Able to work beyond working hour to meet the statutory deadline submission.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, possesses organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Good spoken English and Mandrin
