Job Description

Recycling Company that providing full range of service for physical recycling.

Core business is recovery of scrap and waste from Semiconductors /Electronic components manufacturing activities (PCB,IC,Wafer,Solder,LeadFrame,RailCutting,Any other waste contain metal)

Responsibilities:

BUSINESS ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Research for potential customers in targeted industry and country (source: magazines/ newspaper/ internet/ from other customers)
Update info to CRM and discuss with HOD/ AM to shortlist targeted customers
Prepare materials (info, sample, photos) for product training and update info into CRM
Ensuring that BDE record accurate data into CRM for calls, appointments
Record LME and forecast daily
Sourcing for service providers (labour/ forwarders/ machinery and etc)
Research on country regulations/ requirements
Updating and preparing presentation materials for customers
Preparing tenders to targeted customers
Coordinator for meetings and travelling arrangements schedules
Update SOP as and when required
Preparing bi-weekly report to ED
Monitoring due dates for quotation, tender and contract expiry
Organise and attend weekly departmental meeting and preparing minutes
Responsible for arrangements and attending for customer visit and audit
Preparing minutes after customer visit
Responsible for preparing correspondences with authorities and customers
Assist HOD to liaise with representative office on licenses and other operational issue
Monitoring renewal of Police & DOE licences

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Market Research
Generate Business Leads
Source for potential customers as well as define and distribute leads to regional BDE
Study the company including industrial status and business benefits
Customer Relationship management and create business opportunity
Build rapport with all customers through courtesy calls and visits
Impress targeted customers throughout business presentation
Immediate response to resolve any customers’ issues
Risk Management
Understand targeted customers’ current status and management, requirements and satisfaction towards their present vendors
Study competitor’s competitiveness – strengths, weaknesses(SWOT Analysis) and customer list
Ensure the potential profit is higher than the projected cost before establishing the business relationship with new customer.
Ensure best efforts to succeed the tender/ be awarded as customer’s vendor
Ensure contract is made and negotiate for extension upon contract due.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

At least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing,Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Word,MS Excel
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Corporate Comm, Sales, Business Dev , Marketing related field.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Independent, creative-driven, proactive, positive, strong self-motivation, resourceful, sensitive towards meeting deadlines
Good in English & Chinese Writting Skill

*Salary from RM2800 - RM3500 depends on experience
*Candidate from ANY industry that posses BUSINESS ADMIN EXEC/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXEC experience are encouraged to apply.
*Speciality experience is not necessary as On The Job Training for necessary knowledge will be provided.
