Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Achieve Target Production Volume by:

1. Establish standard time for various products for on line balancing monitoring, determining labour requirements and capacity planning
2. Implementing incentive scheme and monitoring

• Achieve Product Quality Targets by :

1. Maintaining machineries and facilities in production to meet with the capability;
2. Maintaining hygiene and sanitation standard in production plant;
3. Ensuring Standard Operating Procedure is in place for all products.

• Esure Competent, Motivated and Productive Production Workforced by:

1. Conduct and evaluate training efficiency
2. Ensuring continuous development, upgrading of skills and career development

• Enhance Operating Efficiency and Productivity by :

1. Compile data from production report to monitor and increasing productivity by reducing defects and scrap;
2. Identifying wastage origin, cause and undertaking corrective action to reduce wastage.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or Equivalent
• With 3 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing envinronment 
• Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available 
• 5 Working days / Week
