Job Description

• Review , draft and negotiate of all contracts/agreements
• Review all legal matters of the Company i.e. on legal, compliance and commercial risks/impact and mitigating
• Monitor all the corporate civil litigation and other legal matters handled by the external solicitors

 

 

 

Job Requirement

• Must possess a Degree in Law/Business Law from a recognized university
• At least 3 years of litigation and corporate matters experience
• Possess excellent command of written and verbal English and Mandarin
• Good legal drafting and writing skills
• Meticulous, detailed, result-oriented and highly organized
• Strong ethics and commitment to confidentiality
