Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control manufacturing process quality.
• Maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and its documentation
• Provide support to Sales & Marketing, and liaise with production personnel on  product quality issues.
• Drives  the improvement and rectification on quality related issues.
• Perform data analysis and drive for improvement, provide and compile   report CAR implementation status and action required.
• To support project team on new product development, qualification, verification and approval process.
• Supervise and lead a team of Quality inspection staff on the daily QC routine work.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in  Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• Good knowledge and strong exposures in Quality Improvement, ISO Quality Standards,  Quality Audit/Applications and QA Management skills.
• Good knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Control Plan and QA Tools.
• Candidate with working experience in Metal Fabrication industry preferred.
• Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft Office applications.
• Have good interpersonal skills and able to communicate in English (written and oral) and Bahasa Malaysia.  Knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous.
• Diploma holder with 2-3 years' working experience in related industry will also be considered.
• Fresh graduates may also apply.
