JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope of Work: 
 
-Conceptualize, plan and execute various stages of managing an expo/exhibition 
-Coordinate corporate events; organize roadshow, marketing campaigns, etc. 
-Report to Managing Director on weekly basis, or daily basis if required 
-Preparations of proposals, update status reports 
-Well groomed at all times 
-Maintain excellent time management and organization skills 
-Present good communication and presentation skills 
-Establish productive relationship with people at all levels 
-Be commercially aware and customer (exhibitors) focused 
-Maintain good relationship with all vendors & exhibitors 
-To have an eye for detail.

Job Requirement: 
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. 
-Good spoken and writing skills in English/ Malay Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. 
-Must possess at least 2 years of experience in managing big events 
-Must have experience in Event management and coordinating Exhibitors. 
Possess own transport (car) and valid driving license. 
 
Salary Range: 
RM3,000 –RM4,500 
EPF and SOCSO + Dental + Life Insurance (after confirmation) + Pension Fund + Staff Benefits

Dataran 32,Petaling Jaya (near Jaya33 and 5 minutes from AsiaJaya LRT Station)
