Job Description

To ensure that production is in strictest compliance of GMP, PIC/S standards, ISO 9001:2001, MS 1900:2005 and MS 1500:2004 and other relevant standards and guidelines. General supervision and management of production resources efficiently and cost effectively - including workforce, machinery, equipment and other ancillary facilities - to meet delivery schedules in a timely and accurate manner Ensure that maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules are executed for machinery, equipment and other ancillary facilities to prevent breakdowns and to ensure that all is in constant impeccable working condition. Lead yield improvement and leadership to achieve breakthroughs in productivity and quality. To provide timely production and other performance related reports to the superior as required. Identify problems in the production processes and implement preventive/corrective actions. To assist in problem solving and trouble shooting (intra and inter department) to maximize output and meet customer delivery schedules.

Job Requirement

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant qualification and experience. Qualification in production techniques such as 5S, Safety and ISO are an added advantage Committed, competent, self motivated and result oriented with excellent leadership quality. Conversant in English & Malay (both spoken & written). Additional languages would be an added advantage. Independent, reliable and disciplined worker with good interpersonal & organizational skills. Able to work independently and under pressure Committed, competent, self motivated and result oriented with excellent leadership qualities. Effectively lead and motivate a team of line leaders/operators to achieve production targets. Excellent leadership quality, strong spirit of team work proactive and has initiative Honest, trustworthy, reliable and committed to timeliness and accuracy of work.
