Job Description
1. Ability to handle Private and Confidential matters with excellent integrity and maturity.
2. Ability to handle all confidential nature matters on claims and salary particulars of all employees.
3. Ability to treat all HR matters as urgent and respect all employees equally.
4. Ability to commit to complete assignments and work long hours whenever required.
5. Capable of handling to perfection the USB computerized payroll system.
6. Capable of handling Annual Leave and other types of leaves.
7. Capable of handling Medical Claims and other types of claims.
8. Capable of handling Overtime and salary calculations.
9. To manage employees personal records and updates.
10. To manage attendance, punch cards and tardiness reports.
11. To execute any other HR functions under the tutelage of the HRA Manager.
12. Any other work required by the Management.
Job Requirement
1. Age above 25 years old.
2. Preferably female Bumiputera ladies with own transport.
3. Willing to travel and work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
4. Proficient in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Proficient in Ms Words, Excel and Power Point.
6. Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
7. 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing concern.
8. Pleasant disposition and ability to work well under pressure.
9. Maturity and reliability in handling P & C matters.
10. Attention to details and proactiveness capabilities are admirable virtues.
