Responsibilities :

Attend to inbound calls from Customers from Singapore and manage their enquiries in a professional manner in good spoken English.

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in any discipline

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday : 8.30 am to 5.15 pm + overtime when needed

Salary : RM2000.00 to RM3000.00 (based on qualification and experience) + special allowance for mandarin speakers
