Sponsor Account Management

Assist DM Manager to manage the Sponsor Account to maximise growth opportunity in terms of new production, better persistency and maximize leads acquisition.

Preparation of pre- & post- LJAs and marketing plans for all campaigns

Work with DM Manager to prepare financials and proposals for submission to sponsors on new initiatives

Develop new products based with underwriting team for specific segment of customers

Monitor results by liaising with TM team on leads consumption, net response rate, AARP, TARP and GWP

Based on latest results and run rates, identify gaps and propose other alternatives to meet the required targets

Liaising with Underwriting, Customer Service/Operation, Telemarketing, MIS and Sponsor for other initiatives on periodic basis i.e. daily billing, database management, script management, disputes/complaints, product positioning and campaign management.

Identify reasons of lapse, unsuccessful debit, cancellation and others production related factors by analyzing the trends statistically.

 

Database Management

Setting database segments, and criteria with sponsors to extract for mailing and telemarketing purposes

Liaison with MIS team to request database (submission of UCR with specific list churn criteria, segments and suppression) and distribution (on monthly basis, the leads assignment to various call centres i.e. in-house or outsourcing parties)

Database usage tracking with TM team on weekly basis

 

Mailing Operation

Develop creative to have concepts and contents approved by sponsors and all internal parties i.e. Claims, CS, UW, Legal and TM

 

 

Establish timeline for end-to-end process

Sourcing quotes for printing, selecting printer based on best/lowest quotes, issuing purchase orders and managing printers on timeline for delivery to sponsors’ appointed lettershopper

Processing of invoices (creative, name list rental, printing, lettershopping, postage & handling charges) for sign-off

 

Product Development

To research and identify benefit for new product packages - 1 product for each product type; PA & non-PA

Sponsor Acquisitions

Assisting DM Manager through research, identify potential sponsors, setting up preliminary meetings to explore opportunities

Preparation of financial projections and proposals

Operation setup: preparing LJAs for approvals, campaign creation, visuals (relevant to mailing programs), liaising with internal and external parties to ensure deliverables are met for timely launch

Job Requirement

• Diploma / degree in any field
• Possess at least 3 year(s) of working experience in marketing. Experience in direct marketing and knowledge in insurance and financial product will be an advantage
• Possess good analytical skills, excellent business acumen, good interpersonal skills and multi-tasking skills
• Possess good computer skills and familiarity in Microsoft Office
• Result oriented, creative, resourceful, capable to work independently and a good team player
• Appreciate and understand Compliance and Controls
• Self Motivated
• Able to interact with all levels of people
• Good communication skills in English
• Good computer skills

Working Hours : Monday to Friday- 9.00 am to 6.00pm

 

Salary : RM 2000 to RM3000 ++ extras
