Job Description

• Provide technical assistance and investigate complaints involving animal management or health and take remedial action. Recommend to the customer and carry out agreed diagnostic action and treatment to his or her livestock
• Report on competitor activity and competence. Report on activities to sales, management and functional colleagues.
• Perform non-veterinarian tasks as may be required such as cultivating good public relations with government veterinarian.
• Maintain a good working communication relationship with sales staff, laboratory and quality assurance officer.
• To coordinate with Technical Dept and field staff to aim for and maintain a better than competitors After Sales Service.
• Keep a close business - like relationship with present and potential customers to the level of trust and reliance. Maintain professional contacts with public service and institutional officers particularly of the Government Veterinary Service

 

Job Requirement

• Degree in Veterinary Science.
• Able to work independently, possess driving licence and willing to travel.
• PC literate.
• Conversant in various Chinese dialect, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably with experience in farming / animal feedmilling or related industry.
