Job Description

Responsibilities:

• ·        Review, sort and match invoices.
• ·        Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and employee expense claims.
• ·        Ensure supplier invoices and employee expense claims are accurately accounted for and
•          supported with relevant document and appropriate approval.
• ·        Prepare and reconcile AP schedules and analyze expenses.
• ·        Handle invoice discrepancies and dispute resolution.
• ·        Assist in month-end closing and reporting
• ·        Assist in the daily accounting and administrative functions of the company.

Job Requirement

• ·        Min LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• ·        At least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable
• ·        Good communication in English / BM and Chinese Languages                                                           
•          Ability to multi-task and good organizational skills
• ·        Positive attitude and proactive
• ·        High energy level & works with a sense of urgency
• ·        Meticulous with attention to details
• ·        Candidates who are able to start immediately or at short notice will be preferred

Job Duration : Contract (renewable) depending on performance

Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 6.00pm

Salary : RM2000.00 to RM2500.00
