Job Description

The Company :

Established MNC - Leading manufacturer of the full range of leading Branded haircare products ranging from Shampoos, Conditioners and leading edge color techniques for hair dyes.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Successfully sell in cycle deals to existing clients.
2. Actively target new salons to convert to the Company's range of products
3. Merchandise and ensure off shelf locations for retail lines.
4. Ensure that all client queries are answered/resolved in a timely manner.
5. Complete all relevant documentation to ensure smooth running of account, ie credits, returns and call reports.
6. Assist with retail training and goal setting with salon owner

Job Requirement

 

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent
• Retail Sales experience in Saloons and other retail lines 
• Computer competent
• Good Communication skills in English,BM and Chinese languages
• Self motivated
• Good leadership skills
• Passion in sales field
• Cheerful and pleasant personality
• Able to service existing clients and increase client base
• Own transport

Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 9.00am to Friday

Salary : RM2500 to RM3000 ++ allowances , incentives ++ extras
