Our Client, Singapore based company with its water filters designed for indoors and outdoors is looking for below suitable candidate:-
Assist to answer incoming telephone calls. Has a professional telephone etiquette and able to manage all in-coming calls effectively
Attend to walked-in visitors and customers
Assist with general enquiries in a professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mails, parcels and documents and ensuring vendors are providing the required service level at all times
To assist in the smooth running of office.
Minimum SPM/STPM qualification with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience
Pleasant personality with the ability to interact well with others
Able to work independently and is customer service oriented
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to converse in major Chinese dialects is an advantage
We prefer FEMALE candidates
