Job Description
>> Our Client, fast food delivery company with its internationally restaurants chain and its office in Malaysia is looking for highly motivated candidates to fill up the below position:
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
(50%) RESPONSIBLE FOR EFFECTIVE SUPERVISION TO MEET AND MAINTAIN HIGH OPERATIONAL STANDARDS
• Provide leadership to direct subordinates
• Manage District Manager on effective store visits to maintain high standards of operation and to meet business plan
• Do store visits
• Conduct Meetings
• Implement effective communication for effective supervision
(15%) RESPONSIBLE FOR HIRING, TRAINING, AND DEVELOPMENT OF TEAM MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND DISTRICT MANAGERS
• Develop and execute action plans on hiring to meet staffing targets for team members, and managers.
• Assist and monitor training activities at the store and area levels.
• Monitor career development progress of each team member, manager and District Managers.
(30%) RESPONSIBLE FOR MEETING SALES, COSTS, AND OPERATIONS KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS TARGETS
• Develop and execute action plans on sales building, costs control, and key operations indicators at area and store levels.
• Do follow ups on key issues and projects
(5%) RESPONSIBLE FOR AREA ADMINISTRATION
• Ensure full submission of weekly and monthly paperwork by the store and District Manager
• Ensure full compliance on communication protocol by the stores and District Manager
• Prepare meeting agenda and minutes on all operations meeting within the Market.
• Prepare weekly and monthly update on the Market.
Job Requirement
Financial Performance
Definition: Ability to analyze key financial information to move the business forward and meet financial goals
-Understands general financial information (P&L statements, profit, EBIDTA, etc.) as a non-financial manager to develop/manage budgets, control costs
-Understands the how and why of all pertinent key indicators and the effect on operational efficiency
-Interprets financial information to determine what processes/procedures/plans need to be developed/managed to achieve financial (EBIDTA) targets
-Ability to develop and assess return on investment for programs/plans to increase the business i.e., local store marketing efforts, community relations efforts
Operational Expertise
Definition: Knowledgeable of restaurant operations
-Demonstrates a complete understanding of all restaurant operational positions
-Can assist in coaching others to learn restaurant operations
-Knowledgeable about restaurant equipment
-Carefully reviews and monitors the accuracy and quality of operational execution
Planning and Organizational Skills
Definition: Knowing what the important initiatives are and appropriately self-manages to accomplish them
-Proactively plans and prioritizes tasks to get the most return on investment
-Anticipates how individuals and groups will react to situations and information and plans accordingly
-Delegates responsibility for maximum effectiveness to the appropriate individual(s)
-Develops written plans when necessary
-Conducts effective store visits to review operational goals and expectations
-Conducts meetings to facilitate effective and timely communication
-Utilizes technology to enhance daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly business planning

-Proficiency in the point of sale system – both front and back of the store
