Job Description
--Ensuring complaint from customer settled and satisfied. --Monitoring and follow up servicing. --Provide sales administration services and supports to sales & customers. --Maintain appropriate sales order record. --Able to work in team and individually. --Computer literate.
Job Requirement
--Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field. --Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. --Process Strong customer service mentality. --Computer skills to input & access data from system. --Good interpersonal & communications skills & able to handle customers- enquiries. --Able to work under tight deadline --Training will be provided --5 Full-Time positions available --5 days work week ( Mon - Fri ), 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. --No 34, Jalan 4/146, Bandar Tasik Selatan, 57100 Kuala Lumpur
