Provide administrative support for the Call Center Be a team player contributing to knowledge and support Produce all reports required and listen to call records for quality improvement Review all analysis provided by the team and recommend action plans Ensure that Management is kept up to date with the status of the call center. Prepare an overview of operation performance presentation on a monthly basis Provide assistance and support for all adhoc request and ensure completion within timeline given Completes special projects as assigned by Management
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. 2 Full-Time positions available. Good in Microsoft office applications. Good in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. 5 working days a week Must posses own transport
