Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Project management include liaison with architects, designer, consultant, sub-contractor, supplier and other M & E specialist etc.
• Competently and professionally monitor, evaluate and report progress of project and expedite any delayed activities in order to meet defined project schedule, quality, budget and project requirements.
• Identify, analyse and provide optimum solutions to resolve issues and problems at site.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architectural, Building or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in execution of 5 stars hotel project and operational experience in managing mid to big sized projects that has complex requirements and complex engagements.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuantan.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Proficient in oral & written English, Malay, as well as other local dialects would be an added advantage.
• Experience in dealing with high rise multi-storey building or in an architectural practice is an added advantage,
• Knowledge of latest construction technology and design trend would be an advantage.
• A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent, life long learning
• Understanding of financial aspects of running a project on time and on budget.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction.
• Strong leadership, managerial, mentoring, counseling skills with good interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful, result-oriented, analytical and computer literate.
