Job Description

• To plan and manage variety of resources ( material, equipments and manpower)
• To achieve on time production of quality products within budget guidelines
• To lead and manage the production team to ensure key quality, output and efficiency targets are achieved
• To identity and resolve bottlenecks in the production processes
• To manage and keep tab on rework, WIP and FGS
• To manage training, skill development and growth of production staff to ensure multi-skilled capability
• To plan line loading and review output and capacity
