Job Description

Full spectrum of Quantity Surveying work in the commercial office, mixed development,  hospitals, hotels and good working knowledge in tender preparation, pricing document contract, final account, bills of quantities, claims and payments, tender pricing, pre and post contract activities, contractor claims, variation orders, good in costings and design costing etc, principles of measurement, contract area procurement, cost control and cost planning, cost estimating, legal studies and pre & post contract administration, project estimating and pricing, sourcing vendors & suppliers, procurement matters, work order/purchase order, taking off quantities, prepare cost breakdown, cost control and cost planning, deal with sub- contractor and suppliers, prepare payment certificates and claims, handle tender clarification/tender negotiation, prepare bill of quantities and quotation for tender purpose, prepare monthly report and progress report, computer literate, possess good interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous, analytical, responsible, systematic and organise.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying course with at least 2 to 3 years work experience as a Quantiy Surveyor with tender experience, age below 40 years,  pleasant personality, able to interact and work with all levels, willing to work on Saturday , Sunday and even public holidays if there is a tender or task, 5 day's week work (Monday to Friday) from 8 a.m to 5 p.m.  good in contact (consultants, sub-con, supplier etc), experience in the pre-contract - preparation of tender, international and world wide established engineering and construction company willing to offer good salary and benefits to the right candidate.
